The highly anticipated 2023 Northeast Sustainable Communities Workshop (NSCW) hosted by the Brownfield Coalition of the Northeast (BCONE), is set to gather environmental experts, consultants, developers, attorneys, academics, and real estate professionals for two impactful days of inspiration and innovation. This premier regional brownfield conference is scheduled to take place on September 19-20 in Worcester, MA, under the theme “Reimagining Brownfields: Strategies for Successful Redevelopment.”
The NSCW has gained acclaim as the go-to event for discovering innovative strategies to revitalize communities and promote sustainable brownfield redevelopment throughout the Northeast region. The conference offers a unique platform for attendees to connect with industry leaders, explore commercial real estate incentives, and share their experiences and success stories with like-minded professionals. This regional event will include informative presentations about important brownfield topics, financial incentives, real estate trends, and the latest technologies and solutions for site remediation and environmental justice.
