Renovations ‘breathe new life’ into Leavitt-Hovey House, now home to Greenfield Savings Bank

The Cherrytree Group is pleased to have served as tax credit advisor for the recent renovation of a historic structure in Greenfield, Massachusetts. The “Leavitt-Hovey House,” built in 1797 and having fallen into disrepair over the years, was extensively renovated with the assistance tax credits for historic preservation. This classic building has now become the offices of the Wealth Management & Trust Services, Residential Lending and Cash Management departments of the Greenfield Savings Bank.
